Flu vaccine forms available
流感疫苗接種通知說明及意願書

If you would like your child to receive the influenza vaccine, you may stop by the Front Office to pick up the form. Once you receive the form, please read this description and be sure to fill it completely. 

如果您想要讓您的孩子接受流感疫苗注射，您可以來辦公室索取表單。當您拿了表單後，請詳閱此說明並請務必完整填寫。

Reminder from the Health Clinic!  保健室的提醒!

In order to protect our community and reduce the spread of infectious diseases, we ask parents to keep their children home if they have a fever or have thrown up. They must stay home 24 hours after the fever has dropped or the last instance of vomiting.  This list of suspected infectious diseases and related symptoms can help parents make good decisions regarding their child’s health.  When your child is going to be absent, you must notify the office.  It is important to report all diagnosed infectious diseases to the school office.  

為了保護我們的社區並減少傳染疾病的散播，我們請父母將有發燒或嘔吐情況的孩子留在家裡。 他們必須在退燒後或最後一次嘔吐後的24小時內待在家中。這份疑似傳染病及其相關症狀表可以幫助父母們對孩子的健康做出正確的決定。 當您的孩子不在時，您必須通知辦公室。 向學校辦公室報告所有診斷出的傳染病很重要。

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH IS PIZZA DAY!

The Juniors are fundraising for their Impact Trip with a Pizza Day Fundraiser on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30!

Pizza order form envelopes are being given to all students this week. Order envelopes, with exact change, should be returned to the LIBRARY BY TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 25.  Orders will still be accepted through tomorrow but we can no longer cancel school lunch.

披薩日！九月30日(三)

在9月30日，星期三，11年級生將舉辦披薩日，為他們的影響力之旅募款！

本週將會把披薩訂購單的信封發給所有學生。請填好訂單後，將正確的金額放進信封裡，並且在明天，九月25日(星期五)之前拿到圖書館。明天仍可接受訂單，但是我們已經無法取消當天學校的午餐了。

Dear MAK Family, 

It’s time for our Annual Family Day again! As usual, we need your valuable time to help us make this event an unforgettable experience. Please select the roles you’re interested in assisting. (Yes, you can choose more than one. Just make sure there’s no conflict of schedule.)  

After you submit your selection, you will receive an email confirmation with the slots you have signed up for. Please remember to be at your post on time. 

As a thank-you, you will receive FREE admission to Family Day on Saturday, October 24, 2:00-5:00pm.

親愛的 MAK 大家庭，
又到了一年一度的園遊會 (家庭日) 了！依照往常，我們需要您寶貴的時間來幫忙協助，讓這個活動成為難忘的回憶。請選擇您有興趣幫忙的項目。（可以複選，但請確定沒有時間上的衝突。）

送出您登記的項目後，您會收到一封確認信，上面會列出您的選項與時段。當天請大家記得準時到工作崗位報到喔！

Dear Parents:
The Counseling Department will be presenting on Applying to University during Covid on Friday September 25th at 2pm in the Garden Conference Room. This presentation will focus on how the pandemic is changing the way universities will be evaluating applications for next year and into the future.

RESULTS FROM LAST WEEK’S GAMES:
Here are the results from the MS Soccer Exchange last Saturday:
6th grade boys had a crushing victory against MAC 13-0.
7th grade boys lost to MAC 1-6.
8th grade boys had a big victory against MAC 7-0.
8th grade boys lost to MAT 2-3 by a close difference of 1 point.
6th grade girls beat MAC 4-3 by a close margin of 1 point.
6th grade girls lost to MAT 1-3 by only 2 points.
8th grade girls tied with MAT 3-3
8th grade girls lost to MAC (7th) 1-2 by only 1 point, but defeated MAC (8th) 2-1.

以下是上週六中學部足球交流賽的成績：
六年級男生以13比0壓倒性的勝利，擊敗了MAC。
七年級男生以1比6敗給了MAC。
八年級男生以7比0大幅比分差距，擊敗了MAC。
