Reminder from the Health Clinic! 保健室的提醒!

Students in grade 6 and 9 and transfer students in grade 10 this year, please submit the Sports Physical Form to the Office or Health Clinic before August 28. If you can’t find the Sports Physical Form, please click here to print another copy.

If you are the parent of this year’s new student or the parent of a transfer student, please submit the Student Health Record Form before August 28. Please complete the previous vaccinations and health check records. If you cannot find the Student Health Record Form, please click here to print another copy.

Senior Privileges Sign Out Form/12年級生專屬簽退表格

Our MAK Seniors have the privilege to sign out of their online/study hall periods and leave campus. To be granted this privilege, parents of seniors must sign this form and return it to the MAK office. Seniors may not leave campus during school until we have this signature. A hard copy of this form can also be found at the office.

我們學校的12年級生擁有在他們線上課程/自修課時間簽退並且離開校園的特權。為了要取得此特權，12年級生的家長必須簽署此表格並且將其繳回學校辦公室。在我們取得家長簽名前，12年級生在校期間暫不得離開校園。您亦可向辦公室索取此表格。

Our school bus services are up and running, and things have been going smoothly this week. To register or modify bus services for your child (either long term or short term), please contact Queen Bus directly by phone at (07) 392-5816 / 0987-187-588 or by email at queenbus88@gmail.com.

High School Leadership Summit – Saturday, September 5, 2020
This special event will be held at MAC (Taichung), and is a cross-campus opportunity for our students to be trained in various aspects of leadership. Topics covered will be: General Leadership Topics, Spiritual Formation, Worship Team, Leading Children, HouseCo, and more! Cost is only 200 NT per student. Transportation will be provided. This is a great opportunity for our HS students to be equipped for future leadership roles. Registration starts this Friday, August 14!

高中領袖高峰會-2020年九月5日，星期六
這個特別的活動將會在馬禮遜台中校區舉辦，而且對我們的學生而言，這是一個跨校且在領袖風範的各領域中受訓的機會。主題涵括：領袖概述的主題、屬靈建構、敬拜團、帶領孩童、學院核心，等等。費用為一人200元台幣。學校將會提供交通。這是一個裝備我們的高中生成為未來領袖角色的絕佳機會。本週五(8月14日)開始報名！
